The romance, the mystery, the small town and their charismatic residents, all of it just hit the spot just right for me. We also get a sneak peek into the rest of the Eden siblings, and I can't wait to learn more about them in their books. I liked the sidecharacters, especially Griffin´s siblings and Winn´s pops. The storyline was really sweet and I loved how the epilouge already teased Juniper Hill.

characters actually acted upon their age, no unnecessary drama, no miscommunication and no third act break up. most importantly, not boring AT ALL. The project will create one of the largest employment hubs in northwest Austin. The project developers anticipate they will engage about 500 workers in the construction operations. The developers intend to utilize the best local contractors to guarantee the best results. What to Expect Winn and Griffin are definitely cute together, they fit together. I kinda liked how smooth their relationship was, even tho none of them wanted a relationship. Winslow Covington is the new chief of police in Quincy, Montana. On her first night in town she has a one night stand, with what they call “Quincy royalty” also know as Griffin Eden. As Quincy's new chief of Police she has to prove herself to the community. And that means she must earn favour with the Edens. But winning over the town's founding family might have been easier if not for her one-night stand with their oldest son, Griffin.I relate to female characters who don't have any unnecessary quirky traits, who are assertive, hard-working and reasonable. Her inner dialogues were super easy to follow and it was such a smooth ride. Winslow was the type of heroine I enjoy. Tough when needed but not so hard core I couldn’t relate to her. She was carrying emotional scars that were, literally, a nightmare. My heart was broken by her struggle but once I learned the full story, I was horrified as well. Overall it was a really enjoyable read. It is a two POV book which we get to experience from Winn´s and Griffins POVs. The romance was sweet, the murder mystery was really good and with that I am looking foward to dive into Junper Hill. Indigo Ridge is an urban oasis in booming Cedar Park, Texas—the premier growth city in the North Austin corridor—with the second fastest growing workforce in the United States. The mixed-use development includes office, living, retail/dining, hotel, and recreational uses. It will be the premier destination to dine, shop, work, live, and relax. I loved Winslow and Griffin. They were great together. Even though they had instant attraction, their actual romance was more of a slow burn. I also liked that I was a bit surprised by the suspense aspect. This was a great start to the new series and I’m looking forward to reading more of ‘The Edens’ books.

this is good for what it is! its so hard to find a romantic suspense novel that excels in both aspects, but this came close.The project will feature native materials and energy-efficient technology. Hollybrook Homes is targeting LEED Certification for some of the homes and the development will employ water-saving techniques and use indigenous plants in the landscaping to protect and align the community with the native environment. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a national benchmark from the U.S. Green Building Council for the design, construction, and operation of high-performing green buildings. Therefore, I am rating Indigo Ridge with 4.5 STARS because I found it to be a very good start to a series that is looking amaaaaazing and I cannot wait to read whatever is next. I loved Griffin as a hero and Winn as a heroine, both strong and vulnerable with each other at the same time. This series has a great list of characters and I am sure every single one will get the story they deserve. Devney Perry is one of my go-to authors and I am sure she will be for a long time. I loved the start to this series and I am impatiently waiting for Knox’s story now!
