You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by permanently deleting the Application from your mobile device in its entirety. Your rights automatically and immediately terminate without notice from The Company or any Third Party if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In such event, you must immediately delete the Application. 5. INDEMNITY Poly, its employees and its agents are subject to U.S. export control laws that prohibit or restrict (i) transactions with certain parties, and (ii) the type and level of technologies and services that may be exported. You agree to comply fully with all laws and regulations of the United States and other countries (Export Laws) to assure that neither the Software, nor any direct products thereof are (1) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws, or (2) are used for any purpose prohibited by Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation. Poly does not provide a warranty for software (whether pre-loaded on hardware or provided as a standalone product) under this Limited Warranty – please refer to the applicable Poly end user license agreement or software license. No warranty is made that any software provided by Poly will meet your requirements or will work in combination with any hardware or applications software products provided by third parties, that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects in the software will be corrected.
