About this deal

I usually play with my mummy so when we had the opportunity to review a super-duper sized board game we jumped at the chance! With over 1,000 hidden treasures on the board, your little ones will stay engaged and have fun throughout all 12 Disney realms. For the most part it seems like the gameplay has stayed the same even though some of the later games seems to have ditched some of the spin and move mechanics. Some of the technologies we use are necessary for critical functions like security and site integrity, account authentication, security and privacy preferences, internal site usage and maintenance data, and to make the site work correctly for browsing and transactions. The entire group gets to move forward the number of spaces that correspond with the number of items found. The game is simple to play, you flick the spinner and whatever number it lands on is the number of spaces you move. So, despite the fact that I personally have yet to play it, every other member of my family has and they love it. The board is six foot long, taking up a great deal of floor space but it was perfect for little hands as often smaller board games become too fiddly and the counters are knocked over every two minutes. If you are looking for a new board game for Christmas and want to get away from the usual suspects (Monopoly, Cluedo, Scrabble etc), Disney Eye Found It from Ravensburger will tick all the boxes.

It’s definitely going to become one of our favourites to entertain the children for many rainy pyjama days to come! mostly because the game has a recommended age of 4+ which is usually not a good sign unless you have young children. This game helps children practice their focus, memory, object identification and matching skills, and promotes cooperation and teamwork. With the help of fellow players, race to Cinderella’s castle at the end of the giant 6-foot game board before the hands of the clock reach midnight. Alongside books, puzzles, films and cooking, it is a form of an escapism, which I define as a positive thing, as it allows me to recharge the batteries. They will then point out the object to the other players so they can verify that the object is on the card. Childhood is gone in the blink of an eye [except the sleepless nights part, that lasts for decades I think] and I wanted to enjoy every moment I could and make it as fun as possible.
