Supple and fresh on the palate with ripe berry fruits, which are followed by lingering notes of vanilla and cinnamon on the long, balanced finish. After a one-year break, the wine goes into mixed barrels, with staves of American oak and French oak bottoms that help the Beronia acquire its distinctive aging aromas.
